EBI Consulting’s Construction Services Division Sees Exciting Growth
Burlington, MA (PRWEB) December 10, 2015 -- EBI Consulting is pleased to announce several strategic hires and promotions within the organization, marking an exciting expansion for the company’s Construction Services division. EBI’s Construction Loan Monitoring (CLM) group offers Project Plan and Cost Reviews and Reports, Construction Monitoring Reports and Construction Consulting Services to provide lenders and investors with the information needed to make informed decisions on Construction Loans and Disbursements.
Ed Colaprete, Program Director, CLM Technical Strategies
Mr. Colaprete has been promoted to Program Director for CLM Technical Strategies. Since joining EBI in July 2011, Mr. Colaprete has successfully completed hundreds of assignments including ASTM PCAs and Equity Investor level Property Condition Surveys, and has consulted on numerous construction projects with an aggregate value over $1 billion.
In his expanded role as CLM Program Director – CLM Technical Strategies, Mr. Colaprete will be responsible for the continuing technical development of the CLM program including template development, procedural updates, technical training and quality control. Mr. Colaprete earned his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Iowa State University and has 25 years of career experience including 18 years specifically working within the Real Estate due diligence industry.
Angel Cuevas, Project Manager, Real Estate Services – CLM
Mr. Cuevas joins EBI Consulting as a Project Manager for the company’s Real Estate Services CLM group. In this new role, Mr. Cuevas will complete Construction Monitoring Reports and Property Monitoring Reports, filling a critical need for the construction group in the New York City and Tri-State areas and nationwide as well.
Mr. Cuevas has worked for various construction and development companies over the past 11 years with positions ranging from Junior Estimator to Owner's Representative while working on all aspects of construction oversight in both field and office positions. Most recently he worked for the New York State Office of Emergency Management (NYSOEM) as a Construction Specialist, monitoring ongoing reconstruction of buildings and infrastructure damaged by Hurricane Sandy. Mr. Cuevas holds a Master’s of Science in Construction Administration from Columbia University and has extensive construction management, project management, estimating and direct construction experience.
Nicholas Garland, Associate Project Manager, Real Estate Services - CLM
Mr. Garland has been hired as an Associate Project Manager and will complete Construction Monitoring Reports, Property Monitoring Reports and other Construction Consulting assignments with EBI’s Real Estate Services CLM group.
Mr. Garland comes to EBI from a position as Construction Manager with the New York City School Construction Authority. Before that he was engaged as Construction Specialist with NYS Office of Emergency Management and worked as a Project Manager with Body Lawson Associates of New York. Mr. Garland’s past successes include extensive experience in the construction industry on construction and project management, estimating and design. Mr. Garland earned a Master’s of Science in Construction Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Management at CUNY Brooklyn College and is a LEED Green Associate.
