Incept is proud to announce the promotion of Adam Snyder from Chief Operating Officer to President. As President, Snyder will expand his role by taking responsibility for Incept's client relationship management in addition to his operational responsibilities. He will continue to report to the CEO, Sam Falletta.

After spending the last ten years leading organizational changes for large manufacturers in both direct leadership and consulting roles, Snyder joined the Incept team as COO in October of 2014. In that role, Snyder was responsible for instituting best practices and processes throughout the company, as well as building on the award-winning culture at the center of Incept's success.
