Developed in partnership with utility software company OpSolve and licensed exclusively to AGR Customer Service, the Conservmore tool will be deployed to consumers by call center representatives as a value-added retention tool.

“Conservmore provides homeowners with a new perspective on how they use their energy,” AGR Group President Matt Judkin said. “We all know that reducing energy usage saves money and preserves precious resources, but the tool is a fun and interactive way to highlight the specific steps to take and quantifies the return on that investment.”

AGR Customer Service has been piloting the product for several months in its customer care call center. The response from consumers has been very positive, and its implementation has resulted in a meaningful rise in retention rates

Conservmore analyzes inputs such as the age of the home and major appliances, overlays energy usage data, and applies it to a financial forecast tailored specifically to the customer.
