• If the agents see a critical error – and if the equipment is under parts warranty – they can immediately dispatch a field service technician to the facility to fix the issue.
• Agents also remotely monitor trends and indicators of equipment stress that can affect values of equipment, and suggest and implement preventive maintenance on schedule so facilities are always running at their best.
