If you don’t know how to attract and train aging adults then you’re going to miss out on the biggest emerging opportunity in fitness.
Irvine, Calif. (PRWEB) December 14, 2015
Bedros Keuilian, creator of PTPower and founder of the popular Fit Body Boot Camp franchise, presents the 2016 Fitness Business Summit taking place March 18-20, 2016 in Irvine, California. Dr. Dan Ritchie and Dr. Cody Sipe will be featured speakers at the event as they run a breakout workshop session on attracting and training aging adults and baby boomers.
Next year’s event is set to be the largest in the series, with multiple fitness business experts giving coaching talks to boot camp owners, personal trainers, fitness professionals and coaches on marketing techniques and how to succeed in the industry. The event will be niche market friendly and is open to those that are new to the industry as well as industry veterans.
Dr. Dan Ritchie and Dr. Cody Sipe are two of the keynote speakers that will give coaching talks at the summit. The doctors are the founders of the Functional Aging Institute and leaders in aging adult fitness and function.
The fitness industry experts will be running a breakout workshop session where they will teach attendees how to create a business that attracts aging adults and baby boomers, the largest and wealthiest generations in our population. Whereas previous Fitness Business Summits have focused solely on presentations, next years attendees will have the chance to directly discuss their ideas with industry experts.
“The population is getting older every day,” says Keuilian. “If you don’t know how to attract and train aging adults then you’re going to miss out on the biggest emerging opportunity in fitness.”
The older population is the only growing group in the fitness industry and own over 70% of financial assets in the United States. Dr. Ritchie and Dr. Sipe aim to show personal trainers and boot camp owners how to successfully target this demographic and give them an effective workout that will improve their way of life without injuring them.
The two founded the Functional Aging Institute to certify fitness professionals in this growing niche market. They look to help seniors and aging adults in functional living, allowing them to complete more in their day-to-day lives without discomfort or pain.
Fitness Business Summit takes place March 18-20, 2016 in Irvine, California. Attendees are encouraged to wear fitness casual and comfortable clothing during the main event and bring cocktail party attire for the networking party.
