OneNeck® IT Solutions, a premier global leader in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications including Oracle solutions, announced today Biju Thomas was named an Oracle ACE Director. A principal solutions architect with OneNeck, Thomas has been concentrating on Oracle Technologies in various roles for more than 20 years.

“I am very honored, and humbled, to have been accepted as an Oracle ACE Director,” Thomas says. “This is the biggest milestone in my career. I’d like to thank all who supported me on my path to becoming an Oracle ACE Director. I’m grateful for the encouragement I received from the Oracle community, Oracle ACE program and OneNeck IT Solutions. I appreciate the many opportunities to participate and share my knowledge at numerous Oracle conferences.”

The Oracle ACE Program includes 130 ACE Directors worldwide — 44 of which reside in the United States. Thomas had been part of the Oracle ACE program for a number of years, and now, the much sought-after title of Oracle ACE Director — the highest level in the program — is being bestowed on him due to his skills and contributions. The Oracle ACE program recognizes members who are technically proficient and make significant contributions within the Oracle community. They are experts who willingly share their knowledge and experience.

“Truly a rare technical expert, Biju is one of our greatest assets,” stated Jeff Budge, vice president of Solution Architecture at OneNeck. “He is among the most talented technologists I have ever worked with. He has an uncanny ability to translate theory into practice and then into viable solutions, while conveying their content and value in an understandable form. The result, we have a lot of very satisfied customers.”

In his current position at OneNeck, Thomas serves as the senior architect and mentor for the database function. For nearly a decade, he’s been actively engaged in OneNeck’s administration of the Oracle E-Business Suite, including the architecture, configuration and tuning. He makes Oracle-related presentations, is a beta testing participant, has earned numerous Oracle certifications and published many white papers and books . He is an Oracle OCP Administrator and Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert.

“Over the years, his prolific penetration into the Oracle space certainly qualifies him as a legitimate and trusted leader within the Oracle community,” Budge stated. “He is a great community leader with the necessary personal traits that translate into teaching capabilities. He exemplifies the skills and personality necessary to facilitate growth of the Oracle community — and we are proud he’s able to help our customers successfully deploy Oracle solutions that make them successful in their business.”
