The culinary arts teaching space at this community college, whose alums include TV personality Guy Fieri, grew from 2,000 square feet to 13,600 square feet. WC&A's foodservice equipment budget exceeded $1.0+ million for the renovated building which now features five teaching labs, a retail bakery, a demonstration kitchen theater and the student-run Oak Cafe, a fine-dining restaurant that's open to the public.
