Instead, Bruce said since the impact of each new strategy – such as large shifts in digital budget – is unknown, companies must run tests to fully understand the true incremental impact.
“It’s about trying new ideas – particularly in this environment of rapid change - with some customers, geographies, or employees, but not others,” Bruce said. “That really is the way that you navigate this complex world.”
