Hostcomm Partners with Data Pacific on Diners Club Hosted Dialler Implementation

Hostcomm, hosted VoIP telephony and contact centre services provider, has partnered with outsourced IT specialists, Data Pacific to implement a hosted dialler solution for Diners Club International.

Hostcomm has been identified by Data Pacific as the provider of choice, delivering a comprehensive hosted dialler solution that was commercially favoured over other systems and backed by responsive support. Together, the two companies were able to implement a cost-effective solution that helped Diners Club achieve more dials per seat and, as a result, met its contact centre KPIs. In addition the solution went above and beyond Diners Club's expectations for auditing and reporting.

With robust planning, implementing the dialler was straightforward. Hostcomm took responsibility for configuring the dialler back-end, while Data Pacific configured handsets and user accounts. Then, the solution was rolled out to a select group of agents for trials. After these trials were complete the system went live directly, with no issues or prolonged downtime.

Once the solution was live, Data Pacific needed a way to troubleshoot, resolve issues and take full control of the client experience. With this in mind, the organisation was able to connect administratively to the dialler platform for the purpose of checking extension credentials. According to Data Pacific, this was critical.
