With robust planning, implementing the dialler was straightforward. Hostcomm took responsibility for configuring the dialler back-end, while Data Pacific configured handsets and user accounts. Then, the solution was rolled out to a select group of agents for trials. After these trials were complete the system went live directly, with no issues or prolonged downtime.
Once the solution was live, Data Pacific needed a way to troubleshoot, resolve issues and take full control of the client experience. With this in mind, the organisation was able to connect administratively to the dialler platform for the purpose of checking extension credentials. According to Data Pacific, this was critical.
