Tom Siciliano has had a distinguished career and has developed an outstanding track record of double-digit revenue and profit growth. His background in startup companies gives Tom extensive experience in taking companies public as well as establishing business plans and budget forecasts. This, coupled with his time as a senior executive with several key Fortune 500 companies, has positioned him to help CSA go public, drive its processes, and expand its growth. Tom is known as an executive with the skills to execute on business plans to drive results.
From 1995 – 2000, Tom worked as an SVP of sales for Aramark Uniform Services. He was selected by the president of the company to restructure and lead the National Sales and Marketing Group in an effort restore growth. Tom's actions led to 15% sales growth and a dramatic, double-digit increase in operational bottom line. During his tenure at Aramark, Tom created a comprehensive strategic sales plan for growing the $900 million company.
He was recruited by Corporate Express for his experience in complex mergers, sales, and operational integration managing $145 million in revenue. During his time, he created an extensive sales infrastructure and a strategic plan to integrate a new merger that together grew profit by 17%.
In 2001, Tom served as the COO for Integrity Associates. His achievements and experience led him to become a requested speaker at national conventions and universities on the subjects of executive leadership, operational excellence, and profitable sales growth. He also served as a senior consultant to Fortune 500 companies such as Metro PCS, TruGreen, Unifirst, and Abbott Laboratories to name a few. He is a co-author of the book ‘Shifting Into High Gear’.
In 2012, he was recruited by the CEO and board of directors of Classic Party Rentals as the vice president for half of their organization. During his time at Classic Party Rentals, Tom transformed the organization by increasing revenue by 25% and delivering a 32% increase in EBITDA. In his role, Tom was responsible for over 1,000 employees and 16 direct reports with total P&L responsibility of $100 million in revenue generating a 17% profit margin.
