Prior to joining LDM, Theron worked for a Caribbean-based global firm. He was instrumental in building up a team of forensic and eDiscovery experts, which was one of the largest forensic technology practices in the Caribbean region. He has also helped government organizations with their fraud and forensics expertise while conducting training with their teams. Theron has provided expert testimony on forensics and eDiscovery engagements, managed complex cross-border eDiscovery projects and provided forensic reporting during investigations.
“LDM Global is a great fit for me because of the team’s focus on offering quality, consultative services,” Theron said. “I enjoy helping clients with their forensics and eDiscovery expertise, whilst ensuring they understand the risks associated with their matters.”
“Working with clients from varying jurisdictions has enabled me to enhance my experience with respect to the more complex cross-border engagements,” Theron said. “LDM Global’s experience of 20 years truly adds value to our clients in this regard.”
