CCI, a global leader in channel management and incentives, announced today that Steven Kellam has been appointed President effective immediately. Debra Delaney will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer as Kellam assumes additional operational responsibilities for the organization.
Steven Kellam joined CCI in 2011, quickly moving up through the company’s ranks. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, leading the company’s global sales and marketing strategies. As a growth specialist, Steven is responsible for CCI’s execution of current goals and objectives as well as positioning the organization for continued, long-term success. He is also responsible for developing the strategic alliances necessary for CCI to achieve its long-term revenue and profit goals, including technical alliances, service partnerships and sales relationships.

Prior to CCI, Steven was Executive Vice President of PlanIT Solutions, the leading Network Managed Services provider in the San Francisco North Bay Area. While there, Kellam led a successful growth initiative that increased Managed Services revenue by over 200 percent in two years. Prior to that, Kellam served as Vice President of Network Sales and Business Development at San Francisco-based Ecast. During his eight-year tenure at Ecast, Steven led sales efforts that quadrupled the size of their network to 10,000 nationwide locations and 2,000 partners.
