Kailua-Kona, Hawaii (PRWEB) December 17, 2015
Elite Pacific Properties, Hawaii’s largest luxury brokerage and vacation rental firm with offices on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island, has been selected by Brookfield Residential to co-list Holua Kai, its newest luxury resort development, which will be built in the Big Island’s community of Keauhou. This development of 41 single family detached homes will be built by Brookfield’s Building Team and co-listed by Elite’s Project Division. The onsite sales office is expected to open within the next 60 days.
Holua Kai will be a gated resort community of 41 detached single family homes; anticipated prices are slated to start below $1 million. Both one-story and two-story homes will be offered with a variety of floor plans. The development will feature a range of vistas including sweeping views of the ocean, golf course, and mountains. The development will include a pavilion, pool, and oceanfront lookout, so that all owners can enjoy whale watching and Kona Coast sunsets.
Egen Moe, Director of Sales and Marketing for Brookfield Residential Hawaii, said, “We selected Elite Pacific Properties because of (Elite’s Project Division Team Leader and Vice President of Sales and Business Development) Paul Chicoine, B and his excellent reputation. His relevant experience in luxury residential sales, special expertise in developments and special projects, and knowledge of the luxury market made Elite the right choice. Brookfield is known for giving customers a first class experience from initial inquiry to ownership, so it was imperative that we selected a brokerage firm that truly understands the unique needs of luxury buyers in Hawaii. Elite Pacific Properties quickly rose to the top of our list, and we are pleased to be working with them.”
Paul Chicoine, Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Elite Pacific Properties, said, “Elite Pacific Properties is honored to team up with Brookfield Residential Hawaii. They are truly a first class home builder with an excellent reputation for creating spectacular resort homes in some of Hawaii's most sought-after locations. There hasn’t been a luxury resort development in Keauhou so close to the ocean in many years, so we expect there to be a strong demand. We look forward to treating every prospective client with unsurpassed service and professionalism. Keauhou offers a special lifestyle,” he continued, “and we feel that Holua Kai, along with its close proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and the beaches of Kona, just adds to the appeal of what will be an amazing new community.”
The development name—Holua Kai—refers both to the ocean (“kai”) as well as the famous Keauhou Holua Slide, an area where ancient royal Hawaiians (ali’i) hosted Olympic-style competitions of lava sledding. The area still boasts signs of the where the ali'i slid down the mountain.
Paul Mayer, Managing Partner of Elite Pacific Properties said, “Elite Pacific Properties has been successfully building its Projects Division over two years, and we are pleased to have this opportunity to work with such a solid organization as Brookfield Residential Hawaii. We are looking forward to further building Elite’s Projects Division and expanding Elite’s growing footprint in Hawaii’s luxury real estate sector."
