Next Day Blinds is proud to announce their partnership with WASHFM and Children’s National Health System in Washington, D.C., as the presenting sponsor of the 2015 WASH for Kids Radiothon. On, Thursday, December 17, 2015, WASHFM will join Children’s National for the first ever WASH for Kids Radiothon. The Radiothon is an on-air community event that unifies WASHFM, families, individuals and businesses with the common mission to raise money for local kids at Children’s National in Washington, D.C. From overcoming serious illness, to primary care, Children’s National is the region’s only dedicated health system designed with kids in mind.
Next Day Blinds employees will be volunteering their time to support the WASH for Kids Radiothon. “We are happy for the opportunity to partner with WASHFM and Children’s National to increase awareness and raise money for the kids at Children’s National. We are a locally based business and we are proud to give back to the local community- especially for such an important cause where all of us can make a big difference”, says Steve Freishtat, President/Owner of Next Day Blinds.
Children’s National is a world class hospital right here in our backyard and every dollar raised during the WASH for Kids Radiothon goes to Children’s National.
