STAT Office Solutions Finishes Phase One of Renovations of Commerce Center Building
Wilmington, DE (PRWEB) December 17, 2015 -- STAT Office Solutions is wrapping up the first phase of renovations on their Commerce Center Building, finishing the renovation of the 10th floor.
3E Marketing Solutions and Builders and Managers will be relocating to a new space on the 10th floor on December 21; the floor is 4775 square feet. 3E will occupy one-half of the 10th floor and Builders and Managers will occupy the other half.
The new renovations include a new lobby, new bathrooms, and an interior design plan that caters specifically to the clients' needs. Both 3E Marketing Solutions and Builders and Managers have recently experienced great growth as small businesses, and because of this, need cost-efficient solutions that will provide them ample room in a professional environment. For this reason, both companies turned to STAT Office Solutions for rental space.

In 2016, STAT Office solutions will be introducing more renovations to the building, and they will be working on lower floors of the building. The next phase of renovations begins in January.
