Concord Direct recently welcomed Steve Rudman as the new General Manager. Rudman brings more than 30 years in the fundraising industry to the position, and will be dividing his time between the nonprofit direct marketing company’s corporate headquarters in Concord, N.H. and its office in Baltimore, Md.
As General Manager, Rudman will be responsible for the oversight and leadership of the operation of Concord Direct, where he will be managing sales, account management, creative, and production management. His long-term focus will be on the growth of Concord Direct’s innovative Adaptive Fundraising Approach. This approach is a compelling way for nonprofits to engage and work with Concord Direct to drive improved fundraising results.

Rudman joins the award-winning company from Donor Point Marketing, a new fundraising agency, where he led overall agency operations and client strategy. As General Manager he was instrumental in building a successful group of clients. An industry veteran, Rudman spend also held senior management positions at Merkle most recently as VP of Client service for the non-profit group.
He lives in Brookeville, Md. with his wife Terry, their three children, and beloved beagle.
