This campaign was made possible with support from BizKid$, Jump$tart’s financial literacy program for youth. It offers a television series, online resources, a free financial literacy curriculum for teachers and much more, focusing on lessons about personal financial management for youth. Bizkid$ provides engaging content wherein kids teach kid about the importance of managing money and entrepreneurship. It is the first national public TV series of its kind and is paving the way for others to follow in its footsteps to combat financial illiteracy among our future generations.
Bizkid$ launched in 2008 and in an average year reaches 9.6 million viewers, with its award-winning TV series featuring kids teaching kids about money management and entrepreneurship. As a leading national financial literacy initiative, its overall goal is to educate youth on the importance of managing finances and developing the smarts to achieve economic stability in the future.
