TOPS Software Increases Support for West Coast Clients
Clearwater, FL (PRWEB) December 21, 2015 -- TOPS Software, makers of the TOPS suite of community association management software, announced today that the company will be offering extended support for west coast customers.
The company's Clearwater, Florida office, which houses the software support, professional services and development teams will feature additional evening support and sales staff as well as extended hours every Monday through Friday to better assist customers in Mountain and West Coast time zones.
The new extended hours mean that the company will be open every Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm Eastern Standard Time. These new hours will take effect January 4th, 2016, the first business day of the new year.
More evening support and sales staff will also be on hand to provide answers to callers in the evening hours.
