CBT Nuggets, a provider of world-class, online IT video training, is pleased to announce the addition of Simona Millham as one of its trainers. Millham has nearly 20 years of experience training end users to successfully use Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Excel. She is currently producing videos for her first CBT Nuggets training course, "What's New in Office 2016."
"Simona has an excellent communication style and can really bring her personality to the fore in our video training," said Martin Booth, CBT Nuggets' director of learning content. "We look for trainers to be engaging and help the learner feel like they are getting personal attention. Simona's friendly and witty style fits that perfectly. Our personable, whiteboard style of delivery really lets Simona's personality shine through. Pairing that, with her product knowledge, makes her an ideal trainer for CBT Nuggets."
Millham holds a variety of Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Office Master, Microsoft Certified Professional qualifications in Licensing and Software Asset Management, Office Specialist 2013, and Office Specialist 2010. She also has helped Microsoft during various product demonstration events, adding to her knowledge of Office.
"Through her work with Microsoft, Simona has engaged with a wide variety of enterprises, end users, and Microsoft partners," Booth said. "So she has great insight into real-world uses for Microsoft Office and the challenges that people may have navigating in Office."
Millham joins a team of 12 CBT Nuggets trainers, whose areas of expertise range from networking to project management to cloud computing. A resident of the United Kingdom, Millham is the first CBT Nuggets trainer to reside outside of the United States.
"Video training is perfect for me as a Microsoft Office trainer because it means I can showcase the technology working the way it should," Millham said. "I love the way that people can watch a video and try out the feature I'm training on, at the same time."
