Elliott Data Systems, Inc., developer and integration expert of Mobile Solutions® Identification and Accountability Solutions, announced today that its new Mobile Solutions® Application has been released and is available for download on Android’s Google™ Play store and Apple’s App Store. Emergency first response organizations can track and manage personnel data at an incident scene using the Mobile Solutions® App while working in sync with the Command Center established onsite. This provides first responders the opportunity to manage personnel and volunteers while moving in and out of zones using just their smartphone.
The Mobile Solutions® App’s ability to work on- or off-line and with multiple wireless internet options, including long-range connectivity via cell towers, makes it a more advanced mobile solution compared to other handheld devices. The Mobile Solutions® App is not only compatible with Android and Apple IOS operating systems, but can be integrated with a more ruggedized, enterprise grade device such as the Janam XT1 for a higher level of quality that meets government requirements such as IP54 standards.
With the Mobile Solutions® App, first responders can perform on-site tracking anywhere at an incident scene and:

This application was designed based on the complete Mobile Solutions® Emergency Event Manager Software (EEMS) used by EMA’s across the nation to perform accountability management. This application is fully functional with access to securely protected data when using Elliott’s consecutive licensing. While a Mobile Command Case System is commonly used onsite at emergency scenes to serve as a Command Center, the addition of the Mobile Solutions® App provides first responders a more versatile mobile device to use as an extension of their command center by sharing data in real time if feasible and off-line when necessary.
