ThinkTime Set to Preview Version 2.0 at NRF’s Big Show 2016
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) January 11, 2016 -- ThinkTime, the premier provider of cloud-based and mobile Retail Task Management and Help Ticketing solutions, will preview its highly-anticipated Version 2.0 at this year’s NRF Big Show January 17-20 in New York City.
“This new version has been a long time in the making,” says ThinkTime President Steve Levy. “We’re excited to meet with people and share our vision for a new approach to Retail Task Management.”
To be released in early 2016, ThinkTime 2.0 hosts a range of new features including drill-down reporting and location- and role-based customization. All of this comes on the ThinkTime platform, which offers superior security and scalability, native mobile apps, and built-in tools like Knowledge Base and Custom Surveys. ThinkTime’s powerful products help retailers adapt to today’s marketplace, whether they have 5 stores or 5,000.
“Retailers are experiencing an increase in the amount of work being sent to the stores from corporate,” Levy explains. “Labor cost as a percentage of sales is on the rise while stores are experiencing too much communication from to many different people across several methods. This poor execution hurts retail sales and employee morale.”
“ThinkTime 2.0 makes it easy to achieve operational excellence by streamlining communications and creating visibility while integrating with other solutions such as optimized scheduling, HR, and payroll.”
ThinkTime’s enhanced Retail Task Management product can be configured to a retail corporation’s specific organizational chart. Complex distributed tasks can be assigned by role or location, so the right employees get the right information at the right time. ThinkTime also helps people organize their time and address pressing issues with a planning calendar and custom Quick Tasks. Custom forms and employee engagement surveys deliver feedback and key information on store performance.
“Fair scheduling and employee engagement are two major themes in 2016,” Levy notes. “As retailers plan for the year ahead, Retail Task Management could be a big part of those changes.”
Levy will be joined at NRF by ThinkTime’s CTO Joel Livet and Senior VP of Strategic Solutions Bill McCall. The trio behind ThinkTime’s innovative products will be on-hand to demo Version 2.0 and learn more about retailers’ needs in 2016.
