General Pavement Management, Inc. Opens New Headquarters in Newbury Park, California
(PRWEB) January 04, 2016 -- General Pavement Management, Inc. (GPM) recently relocated its headquarters to a 20,000 square-foot building located in Newbury Park, California. The new building features expansive office space, several conference and meeting rooms, and a large warehouse space.
“Our prime new location will allow GPM to better serve our customers throughout Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles counties, while giving us the necessary room for our continuous growth,” said Gordon Miller, President and Founder of GPM. “The new headquarters in Newbury Park is a representation of GPM’s constant success, made possible by our dedicated employees and loyal clients.”
The new location features warehouse space where GPM manufactures its proprietary sealcoat, known as GFS Pavement Sealer. The asphalt-based sealcoat is designed to protect and increase the visual appeal of any asphalt surface by filling minor voids, restoring color and extending overall pavement life.
GPM plans to host free seminars and educational events, as well as educate the public on best practices for asset and property managers in their new meeting and conference rooms. These seminars will focus on topics such as the reduction of overall costs for property repair, market trends, green solutions and more. The courses will be offered throughout the year. The conference rooms will also be made available for local non-profit organizations and service clubs to use as meeting spaces when available.
