Humans need to breathe. When doing physical activities like running and swimming, deep breaths are taken. For people with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), taking these deep breaths might be problem. COPD often occurs in people with weakened diaphragmatic muscles. One of the more efficient and easier ways to strengthen diaphragmatic muscle is through respiratory training.

Padmate’s eBreathe, the world’s first affordable, medical class, respiratory training device designed for consumers, will be displayed to the public at the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Not only does eBreathe offer respiration training, but it is programmed to inspect progress, run data analysis, promote schedule arrangement, deliver feedback to a cloud database and inspire consumers with games during training sessions.

With this smart respiration training device, people with COPD, athletes and anyone who wants to enhance their breathing will be the first to receive the benefits of respiratory training. People with COPD can use eBreathe to monitor their respiration strength at anytime, anywhere. In addition, people with COPD can set certain schedules for diaphragmatic muscle training with the iBreathe app and send data charts to their doctor for periodic check-ups.

eBreathe can be a great partner for any athlete by offering diaphragmatic training to enhance their performance during exercise and in competitions. Others who may feel weak when exercising can use eBreathe to establish training goals to strengthen the diaphragmatic muscle. eBreathe’s relaxing games will provide some fun during training as well.

Attendees can view eBreathe at booth 74542 (Padmate Technology) in the Sands Expo hall.
