In this RPO model, UMUC fully outsourced its recruitment processes to replace its former time-intensive in-house hiring process. Notable successes include reducing time-to-fill from one year to two months for job vacancies in some departments.
In addition to boosting efficiencies across the board, the plan elevated UMUC to become an employer of choice in Maryland and internationally.
Using its economies of scale and more than 30 years of recruitment expertise, AGS also shortened time to interview and significantly increased the number of qualified candidates submitted to hiring managers.
