Gulf Coast real estate brokerage hires Inside Sales Agents to cultivate incoming leads.

Southern Real Estate Sales – a member of the locally owned and operated Southern family of companies and leading provider of Perdido Key real estate services – has redesigned their sales approach, creating two new positions within the company. The Client Care Coordinator opening was filled earlier this fall by former Georgia Realtor, Brandi Cowper, while the position of Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is still to be determined. Together, these two agents will tackle a growing client base and nurture the large volume of incoming leads.

“Since creating an inside sales department and hiring Brandi, we have seen a vast improvement in the quality of leads coming through our system,” said Owner/Broker Susan Carleton. “Brandi has been instrumental in working with these incoming buyers and sellers, pairing them with the best agent possible for a successful closing.”

This new approach to cultivating incoming leads who are looking to buy or sell homes and condos in Pensacola Beach is a direct result of market improvements, increased call volume and listing inquiries. To avoid spreading the staffs’ efforts too thin, Southern Real Estate Sales has chosen to implement these two positions to prospect, service and set appointments for their licensed real estate agents in Florida and Alabama. This approach ensures that each incoming lead is cared for on an individual level, and that every agent has time to cater to their existing clients.

“My experience in real estate has shown me the immeasurable value that comes with having an inside sales department,” said Cowper. “In my previous position, we increased our conversion rate, performance quality and the size of our department, growing from one ISA to ten in less than one year.
