MarkNet Alliance Looks Toward the Future Upon Eighth Anniversary
Nokomis, IL (PRWEB) May 05, 2015 -- Starting with fewer than a dozen franchise companies at its inception in May 2007, MarkNet Alliance has expanded to more than 60 auction companies over the past eight years.
Partners Kurt Aumann, J.J. Dower and Chris Pracht founded the auction franchise company on May 1, 2007. MarkNet Alliance has provided auction companies with a multitude of resources that help them develop and grow their businesses. These accomplishments include one of the auction industry’s first online multi-parcel bidding platforms, auction project management software and online auction software.
MarkNet Alliance franchise companies experience an average business growth of 13 percent each year and an average growth of 125% after five years.
“It’s been astonishing to witness the growth of MarkNet Alliance, and how it has grown our members’ businesses over the years,” says Kurt Aumann, president and founder of MarkNet Alliance. “I’m grateful for having the unprecedented pleasure to work with such a fine group of auction professionals.”
Committed to education and professional development within the auction industry, MarkNet Alliance continues to support the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). MarkNet executives as well as franchisee company principals often hold leadership positions in valuable NAA programs, including having three past NAA presidents as members.
“I feel very fortunate to have been a part of this company since inception,” said Matt Corso, chief financial officer of MarkNet Alliance. “Our members are some of the strongest and most respected leaders in the industry, and it shows by how their businesses are evolving every day. The companies who are a part of this group work together to help each other and also give back to our industry through the NAA. It has been amazing to watch over the last eight years, and I am looking forward to what the future has in store for us.”
