Local Business, Interact Resources, needs support to be moved on to the next step for a $100,000 Grant from Chase’s, Mission Main Street Grants® contest.

Interact Resources (, a local business that sells predictive employee assessments, has applied for a $100,000 grant from Chase’s, Mission Main Street Grants®. Interact Resources has submitted a questionnaire outlining a business plan that specifies how the grant funds would be used. Interact Resources has chosen to dedicate 50% of the grant funds to extend its community outreach.

According to Tod Weber, owner of Interact Resources, “Part of our corporate mission is to use the tools at our disposal to make a difference in the community. One of the tools we sell, the Pathway Planner, is an assessment designed to provide an individual with career guidance based on their Thinking Style, Behaviors, and Occupational Interests. We are currently partnered with Cornerstone Assistance Network of North Central Texas Career Placement Team providing the Pathway Planner, at no cost, to our neighbors in need that are in career transition, or need guidance on career possibilities that fit their abilities.”

Weber added; “Interact Resources is also committed to partnering with veterans groups that are focused on helping our returning heroes make the transition from military life to a civilian career. Statistics show that more than 60% of veterans have some difficulty translating their military experience and skills to a civilian career. The Pathway Planner provides insight to career possibilities that fit their abilities. Should Interact Resources be chosen as one of the 20 fortunate grant recipients, our ability to make a difference in the community will be increased exponentially.”

The remaining 50% of the grant funds will be used specifically for sales and marketing to grow the company’s client base, including hiring at least one full time employee.

The voting deadline is June 19, 2015 and grant recipients will be selected by expert panelists. Go to to vote for Interact Resources.
