a narrative that will inspire, uplift, awaken and motivate readers at the same time

Author Barbara Thompson pens her new book from a private part of her life and from a podium of healing in “The Pastor’s Wife & The Other Women” (published by Xlibris). She gives an encouraging account of how one can survive negative situations, such as scandals and embarrassments and come out victorious in Christ. This is a narrative that will inspire, uplift, awaken and motivate readers at the same time.
This book takes a look at the church and the leadership from the uncensored mode. It will cover the “Entanglements and Traps” that leaders fall into. Read chapters like “It’s Her Fault” and “Pastors Turning Their Hearts Back to God.” There is an “Attraction to your Anointing” and know that “There Is A Faith That Will Move Mountains,” and many other inspiring chapters.
“I really hope that my story will appeal to my readers both men and women because I am exposing a very private side of my life from a pastor’s wife perspective with the hope of bringing healing and order where it is needed in the church. Thompson says, “It touches on private issues that a pastor’s wife deals with, undetected pains that they go through, and scenarios that deal with the pastors, leaders and other women.”
