About the Authors
Tracey Webb was born and raised in East Sussex, England, and has lived the last 25 years in a country property situated in a rural area of Andalusia, Spain. One of her passions is teaching people to cook, another is photography. When the opportunity arose to write a recipe book, this offered Webb the possibility to incorporate both interests. Her aim is to enlighten people to the fact that eating and preparing healthy food, can be easy and fun.
Richard Mowbray has been head chef at the Centro Punto de Luz retreat in Southern Spain for six years, he first started cooking in self-defense when he was obliged to eat the kind of food (at the English boarding school) a rat would not even probably eat. Thank god he used to have his Italian grandmother who would show him how she made the food that was served at the family dinner table. He then discovered one can actually reverse and prevent disease through nutrition and positive mental attitude.
