About the Author
Author Gregory DeAbreu was born and raised in Selden. He attended the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury with a major in criminal justice and the behavioral sciences. In 1986, he moved to Washington, D.C. to begin a new life and start a career with the United States government. He would later marry and become a proud father of two children. DeAbreu enjoys an active church life in Virginia and quickly became part of an outreach ministry. His professional career includes employment with the International Business Machines and with various government agencies as well as doing freelance investigative work. He has also been a member of the International Private Investigator’s Union. Highlights in his 18-year career were numerous but he most enjoyed serving as a security operations officer and as a Lieutenant. DeAbreu remains active in political organizations outside of his professional interests. He also enjoys attending various historical functions and supports various charitable organizations.
