Business Growth Acceleration

Five major Casenet clients successfully went live on-time and on-budget with the TruCare® platform in 2014. Several existing clients also successfully upgraded and implemented additional TruCare capabilities to expand their care coordination initiatives. New and existing Casenet clients have over 18 million covered lives that are supported by or will be supported by TruCare in the near future.

Client Satisfaction Enhancement

Casenet exceeded client expectations by delivering unique capabilities, successful on-time and on-budget implementations, outstanding customer support and diligent attention to client requests, which resulted in a 95% customer satisfaction rating in 2014.

Market Presence Momentum

In 2014, several new clients chose Casenet to provide their integrated care management solution. Casenet solutions were selected by one of the top five largest national commercial health plans and by several other organizations covering commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and state health and human services. A number of Casenet clients also renewed their commitment to Casenet and the TruCare platform.

TruCare Offering Expansion

Casenet continues to expand its offering to support the ever-changing needs of the care management and population health markets with Casenet clients actively providing input to help push the envelope on Casenet product innovation and development. The next TruCare release, TruCare 6.0, is scheduled for the first quarter of 2015 and will include several advanced, integrated care management capabilities to complement its already robust offering. The unique capabilities included in TruCare 6.0 will enable Casenet clients to improve care coordination to better meet member-driven goals and influence behavior and lifestyle changes in addition to managing medical conditions, and will ultimately drive improved population health at reduced costs.

Team Growth

By the end of 2014, Casenet nearly doubled the number of employees in its product management, development and services teams. Casenet expects to grow its employee base by another 40% this year in order to keep up with product demand and to continue accelerated development efforts.
