Mr. Balboni brings a unique blend of experience in both the public and private sectors to his new role. As Founder and Managing Partner of Redland Strategies, Inc., Mr. Balboni leads a consulting team that helps companies and government agencies improve business performance and maximize growth. Prior to that, he served over 25 years in a variety of public offices in New York, including State Assemblyman, State Senator and Deputy Secretary for Public Safety. In each role, Mr. Balboni was actively involved in developing strategies for improving public safety and maintaining homeland security. During his tenure as a senator, he helped create New York’s Office of Homeland Security and led the enactment of nearly every anti-terrorism law in the state.
