PALM COAST, Fl. (PRWEB) January 14, 2015
Given the extensive work that demands so much of an executive's time, is it possible for them to move forward in professional development? Executive coach Loretta McCray believes so. In her recently published book "Seasoned with Sage," (published by Xlibris) the first time author packs her personal experiences into nuggets of advice to help the busy leader excel more in his/her professional career.
"'Seasoned with Sage' are pearls of wisdom based upon my lessons in leadership as I turned around dysfunctional organizations," says McCray. "It was written to plant a seed of inspiration, affirmation, motivation, direction and encouragement to the busy leader." The audience could vary from someone leading or planning to join the leadership ranks to the inexperienced leader. It encourages them to think, reflect, recollect and make sound decisions when formal study is not always possible. Highlighted are powerful and practical input on efficient time management, strategic human capital supervision, precision planning and execution and intelligent decision-making among others - all tailored to the needs of an active professional.
"This book is relevant today and will be relevant in the future because leaders are transient, but managing the human capital takes a wise and experienced person. It triggers the memory to employ sagacious reasoning to keep the organization in forward and positive motion."
Written in simplistic language, "Seasoned with Sage" is an astute and concise guide to professional growth and career survival.
