A seasoned executive with a history of generating multi-million dollar revenues through digital distribution, supplier relations and product development for companies in the hospitality industry, Jennifer’s deep expertise in distribution, ecommerce, product development and technology management enhances the already robust team at HER.
Her two decades of senior executive roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation were a key part of why she was selected to compliment the team at HER. During her tenure at Hyatt, Ginty was responsible for third party distribution and marketing strategies, focusing on distribution cost management, customer booking behavior, connectivity and system and product innovation.
A highly competent industry executive, Ginty has been recognized for her contributions to the hospitality distribution and connectivity landscape; she is a past recipient of the HEDNA Award of Excellence (as was Evelyne S. Oreskovich, Founder and President of HER Consulting.) Additionally she was elected to the Board of Directors for two hospitality associations focused on distribution – HEDNA and Open Travel Alliance – where she was instrumental in the development of industry standards relating to distribution.
