AV Concepts Helps Partners and Clients ‘Touchdown’ at Super Bowl 2015
San Diego, California (PRWEB) February 05, 2015 -- AV Concepts, an experiential marketing partner delivering creative audio-visual event solutions, was thrilled to be a part of the Arizona Business Connect Program that utilized local businesses to power the 2015 NFL Super Bowl and official activities surrounding the event. With corporate headquarters in Tempe, AZ—and a warehouse that rents over 500,000 audio-visual components that enable any production to quickly spring to life—AV Concepts was primed for supporting some of the most memorable Super Bowl activities this year.
First up, was SAP’s NFL.com Stats Zone at the NFL Experience. With millions flocking to the Phoenix Convention Center, and countless brands vying for attention, it was critical for b-to-b enterprise software giant SAP to stand out. So, AV Concepts partnered with GMR, the producer of the SAP experience, along with CreataCor, the exhibit designer and fabricator, on the audio-visual staging and production. Together, they powered the SAP sponsored NFL.com Fantasy Player of the Year awards and Stats Zone experience, which shared insights about fans’ favorite players and gave them an inside look at what Super Bowl topics were trending across social media. As part of the co-branded SAP sweepstakes, NFL.com Stats Zone visitors were encouraged to record a 30-second broadcast for an NFL Fantasy Player of the Year candidate of their choice. Videos were available via QR code for participants to post to Instagram and Twitter using #FPOY for a chance to win Super Bowl 50 tickets.
Next up, was the Super Bowl Host Committee Reception, an intimate gathering that celebrated the collective efforts of those that helped implement Arizona’s plan for Super Bowl 2015. In partnership with The Loop Group, AV Concepts provided the technical audio-visual staging for the reception, including the audio and lighting, along with a rentable holographic display. AV Concepts' 32” holographic display brought the passion of the field to life for Super Bowl Host Committee members via creative content that seamlessly integrated physical objects with 3D imagery, giving an aspect of virtual reality to the viewing experience.
AV Concepts topped off the week by supporting VH1 and Papa John's Super Bowl Blitz: A Concert for the Troops, which was part of the largest pre-game live concert series. The show, which featured performances by Fall Out Boy and Charli XCX, was held at Luke Air Force and broadcasted live on VH1. In partnership with Dempsey Productions and Viacom, AV Concepts powered the audio and projection, including two 20x21 foot screens that flanked the stage so that all 3,500 attendees could get a “front-row” experience throughout the show.
All-in-all, Super Bowl 2015 was a real “touchdown” of an experience for AV Concepts, their partners and clients.
