Simplifile and Software Finesse Announce Partnership

The shared commitment to excellence was the main reason for the successful solution integration between Software Finesse and Simplifile.

Simplifile, the nation’s largest electronic recording (e-recording) service provider, has partnered with Software Finesse, a technology and consulting company and land records management vendor, allowing more counties throughout Missouri to become enabled for e-recording.

“By enabling the e-recording capability of SFFlexSuite® LandRecords solution, Software Finesse adds one more feature, along with many others, to its software that will further improve the workflow processes of its clients, including registers of deeds, recorders of deeds, and their submitters,” said Software Finesse Managing Member Ivan Avramov. “The shared commitment to excellence was the main reason for the successful solution integration between Software Finesse and Simplifile."

With the integration between Simplifile and Software Finesse in place, Reynolds County, Mo., is the first of several new Missouri counties affected by the integration that has become available for e-recording, giving customers such as title companies, banks, and attorneys the ability to submit documents to the recorder’s office online through Simplifile’s secure, web-based service.

Through e-recording, land record documents can be received, reviewed, stamped, recorded and returned back to the customer in minutes, eliminating paper waste, mailing delays, and postage expenses.

“We’re grateful for the opportunity we’ve had to integrate with Software Finesse and to open the doors to e-recording for more counties,” said Paul Clifford, president of Simplifile. “With a mutual goal to simplify the recording process for these counties, a convenient, streamlined solution is now in place, helping customers save time and money on document recording.”

Currently, 55 Missouri counties offer e-recording through Simplifile, with Reynolds County as the first to become available through the integration with Software Finesse. Simplifile will announce the counties that follow suit through the integration as they become available.

High-speed Internet access, a PC, and a scanner are the minimum requirements for customers to begin e-recording with Simplifile.
