Located at 1029 South Main Street, the neighborhood shopping center of 50,905 square feet is anchored by Big Y. Cotenants include Dunkin’ Donuts, Subway and Premiere Wine & Spirits.
The property was sold by Capitol Development Associates and acquired by Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II, Inc., a real estate investment trust focused on high quality grocery-anchored assets. Calcagni Commercial’s Ralph Lewis, who facilitated the conversion of the original Everybody’s IGA into a Big Y market last summer and also secured Premiere Wine & Spirits as a tenant last winter, united the seller and buyer.
