Recently, that meant taking the time to internally revamp the consultation process to serve clients at a deeper level and rolling out a service that fulfills the ever expanding needs of advisers - the Platinum Producer Program.
According to Secura Consultants' Vice President and Director of Consulting, Nicole Blodgett, "We're now providing a deeper level of engagement with our advisers than we ever have before. Our team essentially ingrains our consultants within an adviser's practice to help them grow the income protection portion of their business in a strategic and proactive manner." Blodgett states, "In the first few months of this new consultation process the end result is already paying off. One of our consultants identified $15,000 of first year premium because of our efforts working alongside them. Another of our producers in executive benefits wrote approximately $200,000 of new premium because our team proactively services the in force block of policies for their clients. By becoming an extension of an adviser's practice through weekly calls, training sessions, and goal setting, we are able to better fulfill their needs and protect their clients’ incomes."
In addition to further developing the consultation process, during the fourth quarter Secura Consultants created the Platinum Producer Program, a concierge service available to top clients. "The idea behind the Platinum Producer Program, and my new role as Client Experience Manager, is to assure a high level of personalized service and support for key client relationships. Whether it is scheduling a training call, creating personalized comparatives, or providing the tools they need to be successful in the marketplace, we're providing personalized, quality concierge service," said Ana Helgeson, Client Experience Manager. Helgeson officially transitioned from her role as a New Business Consultant to the Client Experience Manager in November of this year.
