HKAI, which was launched more than 25 years ago, is one of Hong Kong industry's flagship annual award events championed by the Hong Kong Government. All winners were chosen by the final judging panels chaired by Prof. Joseph Sung, following a comprehensive presentation of the service enhancement programme and three site inspections by professional mystery shoppers.
