IntelliCVO, a credential verification organization (CVO) that offers temporary and full-time assistance for a number of services including primary source verification (PSV), provider enrollment, credentialing and re-credentialing, is proud to announce and welcome Christopher Stamnas, CPCS as the company’s new Director of CVO Services. He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the entire CVO organization.

Chris comes to IntelliCVO from Avesis, a national administrator of vision, dental and hearing benefits, where he was Manager of Credentialing and Data Entry.

His extensive background in healthcare credentialing and enrollment also includes his work as Director of Credentialing and Enrollment Services at the Community Care Network of Virginia (CCNV). During his 15 years within the industry, Chris has also worked for MedAmerica, Hardenbergh Interim Staffing Group, Kaiser Permanente, Coventry-First Health/CNN and Mayo Clinical/Mayo Management Services, Inc.

In addition to his work experience, Chris serves as a voluntary member of the Education Committee with the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS), a professional organization created to enhance the professional development and recognition of medical service professionals (MSPs). He also served our country in the United States Navy.
