The building is owned and managed by Barry Swenson Builders, and occupies a prime location on one of the busiest streets in San Jose.

Michael Khesin, CEO and Principal Broker of Intempus Realty, believes “the closing of this lease is an exciting moment for the company, but it will prove to be short-lived as plans are already in motion to add additional space to accommodate our fast growth!”
