RenWeb, a FACTS company and the leader in school management solutions for K-12 private schools, has acquired Dynamic Internet Applications (DIA), a leading provider of online website and fundraising tools for schools, churches, and nonprofits.

Since 2009, RenWeb and DIA have had an extensive partnership, working together to develop several products tailored to meet the specific needs of private and faith-based K-12 schools. These products include School Site, an attractive and affordable designed website and CMS for schools, as well as RenWeb’s Online Application and Online Enrollment solutions.

“Over the past six years, our partnership with DIA has led to RenWeb launching products that have seen wide adoption across our client base. As we evaluated the future of our relationship with DIA, we felt that bringing their experience directly into RenWeb would provide the best value to our clients and our collective associates,” said Brad Lee, CEO of RenWeb.
As a part of RenWeb, Jeremy Eisenga, director of integrated services development and co-founder of DIA, and the existing DIA team will continue to provide unparalleled experience in web design and online content management to the school customers that RenWeb and DIA jointly serve, and to the churches and non-profits DIA serves independently with their Faithwebsites and Auction Trak products.

“After many years of successful partnership, we are excited to formally become part of the RenWeb team,” said Eisenga. “In addition to enhancing the leading-edge products and services currently utilized by our clients, we are excited to leverage the enhanced creativity created by the acquisition to generate new opportunities to serve schools.”
