Pigeon Forge, TN (PRWEB) January 09, 2016
This marks the sixth year for what has become one of the most highly regarded events amongst Dolly Parton enthusiasts around the globe. The Dolly Fan Dinner takes place on Friday, May 6, 2016 immediately following the Dolly Homecoming Parade at the Mainstay Suites Conference Center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
Organizers will be raising the bar this year to make this event an even more unique opportunity for Dolly fans to network, mingle, and share in the celebration of all things Dolly Parton. For starters, the Hotel's ballroom will be transformed into the DP's set from Parton's weekly variety television show which originally aired in the 1980's on ABC. Taking the stage to pay tribute to Parton include some of the best impersonators from all over the United States. The evening's dinner menu will include selections inspired by Dolly's personal recipes. Early registration is encouraged because this event is expected to sell out just like it has the past several years.
This year there are three ticket package levels. You can choose the $48 ticket level that includes VIP dinner seating, the $38 ticket level for reserved seating, or the $28 level for standing-room.
Pre-sale tickets will go on sale January 9th (this is limited to people who purchased tickets last year) and tickets will go on sale to the general public on Parton's 70th birthday, January 19th. Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite at FanDinner.com
