Gilbane Development Company begins development on “30 East” apartments in heart of Chicago’s South Loop
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) January 08, 2016 -- Development is getting underway at “30 East”, a brand new, modern apartment community designed for students and millennials in the heart of Chicago’s South Loop. 30 East will be professionally managed and will include a robust community life program, roommate matching services, and individual, by-the-bed leases.
