Wilmington Trust Hires Cynthia Cerda and Dominic Do, Continuing Corporate Trust Services Expansion on West Coast
Costa Mesa, Calif. (PRWEB) January 11, 2016 -- Wilmington Trust hired Cynthia Cerda and Dominic Do to bolster the company’s Municipal Corporate Trust team on the West Coast. Cerda joins as a public finance relationship manager, and Do was hired as a trust associate. Both will be based in Wilmington Trust’s Corporate Trust office in Costa Mesa.

CYNTHIA CERDA
In her role as a public finance relationship manager, Cerda will manage municipal bond transactions throughout the West Coast region. She comes to Wilmington Trust from BNY Mellon, where she was a public finance transaction management specialist in the Corporate Trust Department. Previously, she was trust administrator for public finance deals at BNY Mellon.
Cerda earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Long Beach.

DOMINIC DO
As a trust associate, Do will assist with day-to-day administration of public finance deals. Do joins Wilmington Trust from BNY Mellon where he was a corporate trust administrator. He also served in the U.S. Army.
He received a bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, and law from California State Polytechnic University.
