While already well known by COCM, officially incorporating the acronym into the new logo provides an easier way for both clients and the market to recognize and refer to the company. COCM’s new logo, comprised of shapes of buildings, represents its sole focus on the management of on-campus student housing communities, while the dominant color red honors its heritage as a Capstone company.
