SMC³ Signs Top 3PL GlobalTranz as Next-Generation CarrierConnect Customer
Peachtree City, Ga (PRWEB) January 11, 2016 -- SMC³ announces that GlobalTranz is the first logistics service provider to integrate the full gamut of enhancements from SMC³’s industry-leading carrier transit and service data product, CarrierConnect XL 2.0, into its proprietary transportation management system.
With CarrierConnect XL 2.0, GlobalTranz now offers its customers the ability to receive carrier transit results by estimated calendar date; previously, customers could only see operating times in a simple transit-day format. Its customers also have access to carrier terminal operations schedules and contact information, three years of rolling historical data, and the complete portfolio of services and transit times for more than 300 carriers.
