Precision Construction West Finishes Condo Build in Time for Ski Season
(PRWEB) January 15, 2016 -- Precision Construction West (PCW) (http://pcwbuilds.com) recently completed construction on the Water House Building F on Main Street condominium complex in conjunction with Hyder Construction, Inc. Located in Breckenridge, the approximately $30 million condo project was completed in time for the 2015-2016 ski season.
Todd Morrison, owner of Precision Construction West, says this is one of their most substantial commercial projects to-date. He adds, “Working with Hyder Construction, Inc. to complete the nearly 60,000-square-foot Water House on Main Street complex was wonderful (http://waterhouseonmainstreet.com/). The unique blend of materials sets this complex apart from others in the area, and we just know that buyers are going to love the finishes both inside and out.”
PCW was responsible for the installation of all exterior windows, doors, and fascia, in addition to the stair railing, deck trim, window trim, and more. With the exception of the stone work, PCW completed approximately 90 percent of the exterior finishes on this project.
What’s more, this project allowed PCW to work in conjunction with Slifer Smith and Frampton (http://www.summitcountyrealestate.com/), the largest independent luxury real estate brokerage in the Vail Valley. They have been tasked with selling the Water House on Main Street units.
Buyers will delight in one- to four-bedroom condos that offer approximately 894 to 2,115 square feet of living space with between 1.5 and 4 bathrooms and can choose from two different furnishing packages. All of the condos feature a gourmet-inspired kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and slab-granite countertops, gas fireplaces, private balconies, heated parking, and sweeping mountain and Illinois Creek views.
The location on Main Street is a huge draw for buyers who want to take advantage of all that Breckenridge has to offer, like local restaurants, art galleries and boutiques that are all within walking distance. The variety of winter and summer activities is endless; from skiing, snowboarding, dog sledding, and ice skating to golfing, tennis, whitewater rafting, fly fishing, and more.
