The Innovative Six Step Program Incorporates Fitness, Wellness and Nutrition for a Healthy Jump-Start in the New Year

The Manhattan based Urban Wellness Clinic has unveiled a transformative ‘URBANFIT’ program set to begin on January 11, 2016. The six-week initiative includes personal training, group classes, nutrition coaching, an Active Release Technique session and unlimited online support from the clinic’s team of experts to help participants quickly realize their New Years’ fitness goals.

The program will focus on the Urban Wellness Clinic’s seven essential fitness moves (Essential 7) to learn good movement, proper form and establish a foundation for a lifetime of injury free movement. Expert nutritionists will provide individualized coaching and daily correspondence to monitor participants’ progress. By combining balanced nutrition with a personalized fitness routine, physical transformation will be inevitable!

The URBANFIT program will be held twice a week on either Monday and Thursday at 7:30am or Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm at the Urban Wellness Clinic, located at 57 W. 57th St., Suite 1406, New York, NY 10019.
