The Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards Program is the most prestigious awards program in the performance improvement industry. Often called the “Academy Awards” by learning, talent and business executives, the program was one of the first of its kind when it debuted in 1994. Brandon Hall Group recognizes the best organizations that have successfully developed and deployed programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems, and tools that have helped companies achieve measurable results.

“Our program continues to grow significantly each year as more people create compelling solutions to their HCM challenges and seek recognition and validation for their work. We have expanded categories to match the breadth of initiatives organizations are developing,” said Brandon Hall Group Chief Operating Officer Rachel Cooke, who oversees the awards program. “We believe it’s important that organizations be recognized for HCM programs that drive business results to encourage continued innovation and excellence.”

Added Brandon Hall Group CEO Mike Cooke, “The awards entries get better every year as organizations continue to evolve in their thinking and strategies and continue to better align human capital management initiatives with business goals. We look forward to another competitive year with hundreds of examples of great work that can inform and inspire.”

Winners of the 2015 awards in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management/HR, (there appears to be something wrong with WFM web page – only part of copy showing) and Sales Performance were announced in a live online event in September. Winners of five or more awards included: Accenture, Bottom Line Performance, Canadian Tire, Cognizant Technologies, Emirates NBD Bank, Ernst & Young, Genpact, GP Strategies, IBM, KFC/Yum Brands, NIIT, Noggin Labs, Sweet Rush, and Tata Consultancy Services.
